Although we didn't originally plan on a turtle theme, we are having a turtle theme. Jeremy did a research project in undergraduate school on turtles and his family has bought him everything turtle ever since. And a couple of years ago, we bought "Sir Walter Raleigh" this African Sulcata turtle.
We thought it would be fun to include Sir Walter in our engagement pictures. I bought him a top hat, so he would be a little formal for the pictures. We will have some neat turtle details in the wedding reception ...
