Mike and Maghan met as college students at Ohio University. They now live in Athens and found it only fitting to have an Ohio University wedding in the College Green. When they started to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted three things for sure: to have an outdoor wedding ceremony, have their dogs in attendance, and close family and friends at their sides. That said, Mike and Maghan weren't into incorporating a lot of wedding traditions. They simply wanted a unique wedding--that had "Mike and Maghan" written all over it. Maghan said, "We had the bridesmaids pick their own dresses in ivory and pick their shoe color and then we matched the groomsmen with the color the girls wanted. Without stressing over all the little details of planning, Mike and Maghan didn't expect perfection. "All we wanted was people we love coming together, having a great time, and helping us celebrate. Ironically the whole day turned out to be exactly what we didn’t expect it to be: perfect." Well said, Maghan!
