The Midwest can be a precarious place in the springtime, weather-wise. You can be minding your business when all of a sudden you have to break out your boots and scrapers all over again. Well, Katie and Danyel had planned for a spring wedding in the small, historic town of Grand Rapids, OH when their big day turned into freezing temps and wet snow. They clearly made the best of it--taking refuge and indoor portraits at The historic Mill House Bed and Breakfast and a few fun shots in their newfound snowy surroundings. Our gorgeous bride looked no worse for wear--in fact, she looked absolutely radiant! We adore their color scheme of Tiffany blue, red and white and kudos to Katie and her mom who made all of the décor. The ceremony location was special as it was Katie's home church and extra special because the pastor marrying she and Danyel, was her father! The golf course reception completed the night! Congrats Katie and Danyel! Cheers to chilly surprises...enjoy!
