Twilight Engagement Session At The Family Cottage

Jess and Tim's rustic engagement shoot is ... well, magical! The charming couple brought their photographer, Nick from Nautical Studios, to the family cottage in Chatsworth, Ontario for a weekend-long photo shoot. The first night, they arrived at 8:00 and started out their relaxing weekend with a twilight engagement session. The trio crossed a bit of rugged farmland and came upon a beautifully, dark wooded area. It was here where Nick had just 20 minutes to grab a few photos of Jess and Tim in the mysterious and romantic ambiance of the twilight. With rustic woods, barren fields, twinkling lake, red barn, and the family cabin as their backdrop—their incredible photos from the weekend are full of texture, tranquil colors (see our inspired color palette below!), romance, and a lot of fun moments.
