Highlights of the day
My highlight of the day would have to be when I finally arrived at our first photo location and saw Calvin for the first time. Calvin describes one highlight of the day being after our first dance at the reception. Knowing that all the planning had worked out and gone right was a huge relief.
In their signature Ocean Blue and using three of their wedding photos, Danusia and Calvin personalized Wall of Love Thank You Card design. Doesn't the simplicity of the swirls look fantastic with these particular texture-laden photos?!
Advice we'd like to give
For the nervous bride and/or groom I would suggest a first look photo session prior to the ceremony. Its just as special as seeing each other for the first time in the church but a bit more intimate. Also, for me, any nerves I had about being in front of a lot of people just went away once I saw Calvin.
Best part of the whole wedding day
Looking around as the reception went on and seeing all our friends and family having such a good time! Oh, and of course getting married to each other!!!
Pro Shout Out
Dustin is extremely skilled at what he does. He has a great eye and can capture such beautiful photos in the most interesting ways! He also made us feel super comfortable during each photo session--which allowed us to just be ourselves. We are so happy that we were able to work with him.

Greenwood Inn and Suites
They took care of everything for us from the DJ to food to setting us up with a decorator. Candace Kowalchuk, Assistant Catering Manager was so great to work with. She was always around to answer our never ending questions. We had complete confidence in her that the reception would turn out just how we wanted it, and it did! I would recommend the Greenwood Inn and Suites to anyone looking for a venue.
We used Madeline's Weddings & Events for all our linens, backdrop and lighting. Working with Jamie Kerslake, Certified Wedding Consultant was enjoyable and simple. She had great suggestions and allowed us to see a mock up of what the tables would look like at the reception.
Working with MagnetStreet was great! Designer Jennifer D. helped us out tremendously! We informed her of our color scheme and trusted her completely with personalizing our invites, menu cards and table numbers! Once everything was confirmed, Gina, Customer and Account Specialist was quick to contact us to finalize and ship our order.
