Surprised and delighted. That's what I am when I look at how you're personalizing your Save the Dates! The changes are astonishing and impressive. First of all~ you're real. Your love is real. Our wedding colors are charcoal gray, yellow and white. I wanted a bright color paired with a neutral and I fell in love with that color combo after seeing a photo online. Our wedding is in PA, the ceremony is outside and the reception is under a tent . The relaxed feel of an outdoor wedding just fits us. My dress has an awesome flower embellishment that looks similar to a daisy so a lot of my flowers and theme is going to be centered around that. I am having so much fun planning!
I love yellow as a color, but I didn't want that to be the main color. I actually used Google images to search different wedding images and found the gray and yellow color scheme. We love your website because it allows you to see the final product for your design. We chose the magnet because the background is pretty similar to the DIY Invitations that we found. As for the picture, that was all our photographer!
The save the date is in the same colors and as I said, I was surprised to find one that matched our invitations so well.
Our photographer~ Isabel March Photography has awesome and creative ideas! We had difficulty choosing which photo to use for our save the dates, but the one we chose was just so different from anything we had seen. We are hoping to showcase the rest of them at our wedding, maybe for a guest book.

Allow me to introduce Lynn and Adam...

We aren't sure of the wedding colors yet-I am actually meeting with the florist next week but am thinking reds and purples. My bridesmaids are going to be in cranberry. {update from Lynn: colors have been decided... red and purple!}
We are more contemporary as style goes. The inspiration for our design- my sister went to NY a few years ago and saw this Love sign on 5th avenue and thought we should take a picture in front of it when we went this summer for a family friend's wedding.
I've always loved the sign and thought it was very neat and would be perfect- especially since we both love each other so much and it was an artistic idea.
Our save the date will be incorporated into our theme of LOVE at the wedding. We just
want our closet friends and family to be there and celebrate our love for each other and all of them.
The red of the sign will also be incorporated in the flowers and bridesmaid dresses.
Finally, we got engaged in front of one red tulip in Lincoln Park, in Chicago so it all has significance. My younger sister, Teri, actually took the picture and also has a catering company and her email is terisueskitchen@gmail.com. Our photographer for the wedding is Bob Davis at bobanddawndavis.com and we are so excited.
Congratulations you guys! I love what you did to the designs and I love your descriptions of how they fit into your themes. Yay!
Thanks so much for sharing!!
