MagnetStreet has been great through the entire process of our Save the Dates. It was overwhelming at first to look at all of the different sites and see all of the options we had. MagnetStreet made it easy for us to design and edit. We loved all of the options we had. I had some concerns about one of the photos I had downloaded and how well the clarity would turn out. I contacted MagnetStreet in the evening and was pleasantly surprised to be able to speak to a customer service representative and not a recording. The lady I spoke to genuinely cared about our order. She assured me that the prints would be reviewed before they were sent but that she would contact someone in the printing department to make a note on the order. I received a call first thing the next morning by someone in the printing department confirming that the picture quality turned out great. It was so good to know that I was a valued customer and not just an order. I truly appreciate the customer service I received. When we received the Save the Dates, my fiance and I were amazed at how great they had turned out. MagnetStreet is definitely our #1 choice for our invitations!
