We're so excited to feature Ryan and Krista's laid-back but elegant teal and purple wedding today! Friends, these two are pretty special as Krista {and now Ryan} is MagnetStreet family! Married at the picturesque Majestic Oaks Golf Club, Ryan and Krista's vibrant color scheme popped against the natural surroundings. Krista made a radiant bride--dressed in her satin gown, fun purple peep-toes, and her up-do adorned with an orchid. For Ryan and Krista--their big day was all about the little moments and spending treasured time with family and friends. I love this statement from Krista, "It was a day to just feel completely beautiful, be surrounded by everyone that I love, and make memories with our family and the man that I love." Highlights from the day ...
The whole day was fun! It was a day to just feel completely beautiful, be surrounded by everyone that I love, and make memories with our family and the man that I love. The small moments were the best--my bridesmaid's husband getting us all Caribou coffee during pictures, feeling the rush as I walked toward my groom for the first look, the fun and goofiness of our wedding party joking together, the smell of fresh rain and green grass during the ceremony, individual conversations during the social hour and reception, seeing family and friends take pictures together in the reception, and the slight adrenaline drop in the 'get-away' car afterward!
We had such a fun day, and couldn't have enjoyed it were it not for our family and friends helping out as well!

Best part of the whole wedding day ... First Look photos
Seeing the look on my now-husband's face when he saw me for the first time {during our "First Look"} and how he looked at me for the rest of the day. If I didn't have a mirror that day, I would have believed I was the most beautiful person in the world.
About THE dress ...
My dress was very me! It was simple, yet elegant and sleek. It was made of satin and had a strapless neckline with an imperial waist. My shoes were so fun! I had peep-toe satin flats that I dyed purple! My hair was perfect, absolutely perfect. I had a loose, messy up-do with a braid along the bottom, an aurora-borealis crystal hair piece and my favorite orchid. The orchid in my hair matched the orchids in my bouquet, which had was a "shield" bouquet by design--but by the nature of the orchids, it turned out to be more of a cascade bouquet. The crystal hair piece matched my crystal necklaces and dangling earrings.

The day looked stunning--thanks to our ceremony and reception site, Majestic Oaks! Their outdoor ceremony site was just beautiful, and our Fireside Room was just what we were looking for: great dance floor, large and beautiful fireplace, cozy parlor for extra space, and gorgeous table settings!

I highly recommend my florist - Jen DeBattinagas with Heaven's Gifts--more than perfect! The flowers were completely gorgeous and JUST what I wanted!

I also highly recommend my cake vendor, The Cake Box {also more than perfect}. The cake was delicious.
