Sera and Josh chose the Landmark Loew's Jersey City Theater located in Jersey City, New Jersey for their ceremony and reception venue. This opulent 1929 picture palace--with its Italian Baroque architecture--was the perfect setting for Sera and Josh's vintage-modern wedding style. Adding to the Art Deco look, were antique birdcage centerpieces, decorated with pearls and filled with flowers, plus, antique brooches in Sera's bouquet and on her shoes. Sera also wore two wedding dresses: a princess gown--accessorized with a tiara, veil and DIY bejeweled wedding shoes and a beaded mermaid style dress in a pretty light salmon color.
All this gorgeousness was captured by Dawn Joseph Photography. Dawn said, "Lighting played an important role in setting the scene and any change would have altered the photography altogether. The original artwork reflected back a warm hue leaving a timeless air to both the reception and ceremony."
Enjoy!
