Color Monday: Cheery Yellow!

Happy Color Monday everyone!

Yellow ... the color of sunshine. This charming, cheery color is also known in MagnetStreet's color palette by these variations: Sunbeam, Classic Yellow, Butter, and Marigold. Yellow is a happy color--perfect for weddings because it reminds us of spring {don't laugh Minnesotans!}. It really is no wonder that yellow is so very popular--and especially when paired with Gray {our celebrated duo for this week}.

Keeping things in an ultra modern color scheme,  Seamless Charm Wedding Invitation design is striking in yellow. Paired with a dramatic black and white back stripe on the backside, it is super modern and trendy. If you're looking for a bold wedding invitation, this one is impressive!

Yellow and gray really do look great together! The delicate nature of yellow is complimented nicely with a charcoal gray. Keeping the design simple, the Simply in Love Wedding Invitation  design shines with this pairing. I love how the simple little circle complements the flowers. In fact, billy ball flowers are incredibly popular. Oh, and by the way, we even have a Patterned Billy Ball Wedding Invitation design!

Vintage Applique Wedding Invitation design creates an even softer mood. The feminine lace elements are perfectly suited to be used in yellow--even in a bright yellow like sunbeam. Experiment with a few different hues ... even if you're not sure what they will look like. Changing color is a great way to make the design your own!

Please note: In order to make the text readable, I needed to change the text color from yellow to charcoal gray.

Obviously you can always start with Yellow Wedding Invitations, but remember that any design can be personalized just the way you want, with the colors you want!

Try adding in some yellow sunshine and let me know how it goes!
