Is your dog wedding material? The best dogs in weddings are well-behaved ones. If your dog really likes to be a dog and jump, chase, bark ... more than he/she likes to sit, wait and behave, opt for the fun save the date and/or pre-ceremony shots instead. Brainstorm photo ideas with your photographer so your dog still has his day--and so do you.
Dog Days of Summer
Hot days can be miserable for a dog--especially those with thicker furs. Think safety! If your dog is to play a role in your wedding, delegate a beloved sitter for the entire day. They'll need to walk, water, watch out for, and generally love on your pet in your place.
