Rectangular Tables Better for Conversation?

Round or rectangle... I'm really warming to the idea that rectangular reception tables just might be better for intimate conversation. The person across the table is closer to you as is the person next to you... which introduces a different level of intimacy~ one that is cozy and familiar.

I also imagine how a photographer might love to capture the depth and drama gleaned from a rectangular table that's all dressed up in a stunning table runner decorated with amazingly stylish centerpieces.
