Welcome to Behind the Design. This recurring blog series puts the spotlight on a new design, the MagnetStreet graphic designer that created it, and the inspiration behind it. Here's Rachel to tell us about one of her newest designs, Lace Country.
"The inspiration for this design came easy and I could picture the details in my head. A very sweet, VERY country affair set in a rustic barn. All the charm and feel of a small town wedding comes out in this design. With a bit of texture to bring out the country side and the soft lace to balance and pull everything together, this is the perfect invitation for a romantic, summer wedding. Where you may picture anything country as being a little rough, the delicate touches of lace soften the mood. Lace is such a popular trend this spring and summer in dresses, decorations and even cake designs. I would love to be a guest at such a sweet wedding as this!"
