Here’s an inspiration board I put together to illustrate in concept, some of the top wedding trends of 2008.
It’s a new year and with it, a new set of wedding trends. Up for public consumption, we now have the pleasure of ooh’ing, aah’ing or shaking our heads in disbelief at the fantastic world of wedding couture.
Whether your updos are all in order or your still fine-tuning sash colors and dress lengths, you’ll want to check out the Knot's top trends for 2008. According to The Knot, steel gray is replacing chocolate brown as the accent color. I have to agree; this is a lovely color and when they describe it as versatile, they are spot on…it goes with nearly everything.
As a lover of things vintage, I am excited to know that blasts from the distant past are making their way into weddings: jewelry, dresses, fabrics, etc. (I was just in a wonderful antique store, pouring over their vintage wedding rings~ so gorgeous!)
From a fresh twist on the color white to tasting bars to metallic-colors, to~ wearing more than one wedding dress...? Curious? Read all about it!
What do you think of the above inspiration board? Are you creating your own?
