There were key family members at my wedding who never speak to each other and still other family, for whatever reason, weren't speaking to each other either... Maybe I really dislike conflict but I was thinking, "Hey everybody, this is my wedding~ BE HAPPY!
Nevertheless, I floated around trying to make sure everybody found their happy places. (an exhausting endeavor...) I think someone ought to create a bumper sticker that reads CONFLICT HAPPENS!
It's a fact of life. Like it or not!
