Preschool Friends To A Washington DC Engagement Shoot

A sweet love story from this Washington DC engagement shoot goes back nearly 25 years ago, to the early 1990s. Chandler and Adam were grade-school companions and grew up in the same neighborhood. Their mothers were pregnant at the same time ... so this is has got to be pure destiny in my book!

Fast-forward twenty years, post-college. Chandler and Adam re-met back up {unplanned} in their hometown, and the rest is sweet history. It turns out there was love hiding away, ready to be found again. Adam proposed to Chandler in Georgetown, on the top of the Graham Hotel. The patio was completely adorned in flowers ... and was super intimate with no people to witness. They're looking forward to their 2017 wedding in Charlotte, NC.

Love stories don't usually end up this way ... tiny little friends becoming each other's greatest love later in life ... and why we're super excited to share their stunning Washington DC engagement shoot! With the Washington Monument in the backdrop, or the two laughing on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial—their session is simply breaktaking and heartwarming. Plus, during the photo shoot, their photographer Kir recreated a captured photo of them from preschool all those years ago. We love it!
