Jessica and Dan are high school sweethearts who have been dating for 10 years. According to Belkis, of BHullPhotography, this laid-back couple still "have the giggles for each other" and know how to have fun! For their engagement session, Jessica and Dan wanted to tailor the shoot to highlight "who they are as a couple." And when they were deciding locations, Jessica mentioned that Dan had restored a vintage Vespa while in college and that they still had it. So, for the look and feel of the sesh, they decided to incorporate Dan's Italian heritage and his restored Vespa into their vintage engagement photo shoot. They had a sparkling day--a mixture of gorgeous sun and cleansing rain. Beautiful! And Jessica couldn't have looked more radiant in her Italian-inspired floral dress and hot blue wedges. 1. Theme: Dan's Italian heritage and restored Vespa gave he and Jessica the idea for a vintage theme. Having a theme helps you tailor your look and keep your photo shoot in perfect focus.
2. Location: Just like the beautiful Italian countryside, Jess and Dan chose a sweet country road to ride their Vespa on and have their pics taken. Choosing a locale that fits your theme will enhance the entire look and feel of your session.
